AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF NINE
(9) PARKING SPACES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 3.96, SPACE REQUIRED, OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF BOND STREET AND HIGGINS ROAD, ELK GROVE
VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, at a public meeting duly called and held
according to law, considered the question of granting a varia-
tion of nine (9) parking spaces for a restaurant in the
shopping center to be located at the northwest corner of
Bond Street and Higgins Road in the Village of Elk Grove Village,
hereinafter legally described, of Section 3.96 of the Zoning
Ordinance to Young's Auto Supply, Inc., and the Bank and
Trust Company of Arlington Heights, Trustee under Trust No.
1780; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the
recommendations of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and
believe that a hardship exists so as to warrant the issuance
of such variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.96 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village of nine (9) parking spaces for a restaurant in the
shopping center to Young's Auto Supply, Inc., and the Bank
and Trust Company of Arlington Heights, Trustee under Trust
No. 1780 on the property located at the northwest corner of
Bond Street and Higgins Road in the Village of Elk Grove
Village, legally described as follows:
Lot 13 (except the southerly 17 feet) in Higgins Road
Commercial Subdivision Unit No. 1, being a subdivision
in the west half of Section 22, Township 41 North,
Range 11, east of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.

Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
