OF RTE 53ORDINANCE NO. 1210 A14 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204 AND SECTION 14.205 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO ADDITIONAL YIELD AND STOP INTERSECTIONS BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That Section 14.205, Yield Right -of -Way Intersections, of the Municipal Code, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following streets in Column A, the traffic on which must yield the right-of-way to traffic approaching on streets listed in Column B, which amendment reads as follows: Column A Column B Lovell Court (both intersections) at Glenn Trail Westbound Wm. Clifford Lane at Volkamer Trail Westbound Kathleen Way at Volkamer Trail Westbound Meegan at Volkamer Trail Northbound Meegan at Aldrin Trail Eastbound Aldrin Trail at Mitchell Trail Eastbound Bradley at Mitchell Trail Westbound Bradley at Parker Place Southbound Home Avenue at Armstrong Lane Southbound James at Haise Eastbound Hodlmair at James Way Northbound James Way at Hodlmair Section 2: That Section 14.204, One -Way and Two -Way Stop Intersections, which provides for the traffic proceeding on the streets listed in Column A to stop before entering in or across intersections listed opposite in Column B be amended by adding thereto the following: Column A Column B Eastbound and Westbound Wood Trail at Mitchell Trail Southbound Parker Place at Aldrin Trail Eastbound Haise at Volkamer Trail Southbound Home Avenue at Armstrong Lane Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars, nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
