AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE
VILLAGE OF ELIC GROVE VILLAGE (SZYLAWA PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, a written petition has been filed with the Village clerk
of the Village of Elk Grove Village by the Alliance Service Corporation,
an Illinois corporation, being the record owner of the hereinafter
described land and territory, said petition seeking annexation to the
Village of Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, said land and territory is not within the corporate limits
of any municipality, but is contiguous to the Village of Elk Grove
Village and has no electors residing thereon; and
WHEREAS, any fire protection district, library district or other
entity or person entitled to notice prior to annexation of the subject
property, has! been given notice as is required by law; and
WHEREAS, all other statutory requirements in reference to the
annexation have been fully complied with and the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village believe it to be in the best interests of the
Village that said land and territory be annexed thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and Du Page Counties,
Illinois:
Section 1: That the land and territory shown and legally described
on Exhibit A, attached hereto, and by this reference made a part of this
ordinance, which territory is contiguous to the Village and not within
the limits of any other municipality be and the same is hereby annexed
to the Village of Elk Grove Village so that said territory be included
within the boundary limits of said Village as is by law in such case
made and provided.
Section 2: That such property described in Exhibit A is annexed
pursuant to a Pre -annexation Agreement which agreement was adopted by
Resolution No. 75-76 duly passed by the Village Board.
Section 3: That said property shall be zoned R-3, Residential.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk of Elk Grove Village is directed
to record a certified copy of this Ordinance together with an actual plat
of said territory with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

The undersigned, being the sole owner of record of the
following described real estate, and there being no electors
residing upon said real estate, does hereby request that the
following legally described real estate be annexed to and become
a part of the Village of Elk Grove Village:
East 1/2 of that North East 1/4 in Section 36, Town-
ship 41 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal
Meridian except the property described as follows:
South 795 feet of the North 1855 feet (as measured
along the East line) of the East 1/2 of the North
East 1/4 in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois

This application is not contingent upon approval of a particular

subject property will be zoned automatically to the Single Family
Residence district upon annexation without further action on its
part and this application is so conditioned. In addition, this
application is conditioned upon entry of the Village into an
Annexation Agreement with the undersigned substantially in accord
