AN ORDINANCE RENAMING FARGO COURT TO MINOT COURT IN WINSTON
GROVE SECTION 22 NORTH, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority granted the Village of Elk Grove
Village by Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes the name of the street
shown and dedicated as Fargo Court on a plat of subdivision identified as
Winston Grove Section 22 North is hereby changed to Minot Court.
Section 2. That the Street Department of the Village of Elk Grove
Village is hereby ordered and directed to replace existing signs in accor-
dance with the intent of this ordinance and that the Village Clerk is
ordered and directed to record a copy of this ordinance with the Recorder
of Deeds and that hereafter all Village maps and plans and other official
acts shall refer to Fargo Court in Winston Grove Section 22 North as Minot
Court.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
