AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
TO K & K COFFEE SERVICE, INC., TO
ERECT A SEVENTY FOOT (70') RADIO TOWER
AND ANTENNA AT 900 LIVELY BOULEVARD,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, K & K Coffee Service, Inc. is the owner of certain
property located at 900 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, and
legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, said K & K Coffee Service, Inc. desires to erect a
seventy foot (70') radio tower and antenna.on the roof of said premises;
and
WHEREAS, public hearings were held and certain requirements
were requested as conditions for the issuance of this special use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a special use permit be granted to the K & K
Coffee Service, Inc. for the erection of a seventy foot (701) tower
on the roof of the premises located at 900 Lively Boulevard and legally
described as follows:
Lot 248 in Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 178,
being a subdivision of the South Half of Section
27, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois,
subject to the following conditions and limitations:
A). That K & K �cffee Service, Inc., or their assigns,
guarantee removal of said tower and restoration of the
premises to their original condition at such time as the
use of the premises and the operation of said tower ceases.
B). That this special use permit shall be automatically
terminated five (5) years after its issuance, unless
otherwise renewed by action of the Board of Trustees.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
