AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1126
BY SUBSTITUTING THEREIN A REVISED
SITE PLAN AS IT CONCERNS A SPECIAL
USE PERMIT GRANTED TO CITIZENS BANK
AND TRUST COMPANY UNDER TRUST NO. 457
AND GEORGE GARUILOS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1126, which granted a special use
permit to Citizens Bank and Trust Company under Trust No. 457 and
George Garuilos, which ordinance was passed and approved March 8,
1977, be and the same is hereby amended by substituting therein a
revised site plan, said revised site plan being attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
Section 2: That all other provisions and conditions of said
special use permit shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
