AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, SECTION 14.512
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE THEREBY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF HOME AVENUE
BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH OREGON
TRAIL AND BIESTERFIELD ROAD AND THE SOUTH
SIDE OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD BETWEEN ITS
INTERSECTIONS WITH HOME AVENUE AND WEST
GLENN TRAIL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 (Additional No -Parking Streets
and Areas), which Section makes it unlawful to permit any vehicle to
stand in any of the areas listed therein, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
7$. On the west side of Home Avenue between its
intersection with Oregon Trail and its intersection with
Biesterfield Road.
79. On the south side of Biesterfield Road between
its intersection with Home Avenue and its intersection with
West Glenn Trail.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)
for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
