HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1138 - 4/26/1977 - SPECIAL USE/LANDMEIER & LIVELYORDINANCE NO. 7 AN OIZDINANC17 GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO JOHN AND GEORGE GULLO TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RESTAURANT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LANDMELER ROAD AND LIVELY BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question granting a special use permit to John and George Gullo to permit the construction of a restaurant on property legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village that such special use permit be granted: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a special use permit to John Gullo and George Gullo to permit the construction of a restaurant under the provisions of Section 5.85, Special Uses In All -Industrial M stricts, of the Zoning Ordinance of Village of Elk Grove Village, for property located at the northwest corner of Landmeier Road and Lively Boulevard and legally described as follows: Lot 249 in Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 178, being a Subdivision in the South Half Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, subject to the conditions set forth by the Village Administration on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. PUBLISHED in pamphlet_ form this _ — day of !, 1977. EXHIBIT " A " POLICE Department - Fire lanes be designated in all driveways, north side of building, patio and loading area. West curb of Lively Boulevard should be designated by ordinance and posted to prohibit parking at any time. In addition, signs should be posted at the west edge of stalls 13 and 26 to prevent parking which would interfere with the use of stall 30 - 33. ENGINEERING Department - Sidewalks are required on Landmeier Road and Lively Boulevard. Cook County permit will be required for construction of the driveway on Landmeier Road. Storm water detention will be required. BUILDING Department - Parking spaces 27 and 28 will not be permitted in front of Landmeier Road building setback line. That the building comply with the Building Code requirements as they pertain to the fire limits. The applicant shall submit his architectural plan to the developer and the Village for approval of those items that are regulated by the restrictive covenants.
