AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (SWIGLO PROPERTY)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trus-
tees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the zoning ordinances of the Village of Elk Grove
Village (Ordinance No. 842) be so varied as to permit the uses set forth
in an Annexation Agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village
and the Citizens Bank and Trust Company of Park Ridge, Illinois
as Trustee under Trust No. 66-2050 pursuant to Resolution No. 25-76
heretofore adopted, a copy of which is on file for public inspection
with the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
