ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SETBACK VARIATION TO MR. AND MRS.
L. COULON ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1534 WEST SHIRRA CIRCLE,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly called
and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation
o� Section 3.54, Paragraph C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Eik Grove Village to permit the construction of a fence on property
legally described hereinafter, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village after having considered the recommendations of said Zoning
Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the best interest of the
Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DUPage Counties, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.54, Para-
graph C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village as
it relates to fences and setback requirements to Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence
Coulon, to permit the construction of a fence on property located at
1584 West Shirra Circle, and legally described as follows:
Lot 4891 in Elk Grove Village Section 17, being a subdivision
in Sections 25 and 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.,
subject to the condition that the variation as granted herein shall
not permit the construction of a fence within five (5) feet from the
sidewalk presently located on the property.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
