WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals did conduct a public hearing
on whether or not to grant the hereinafter described variation; and
WHEREAS, due notice and publication was had of said hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals found that a practical
hardship did exist and there would be no adverse effect if the
variation were granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village be and is hereby varied so as to permit the improvement
of premises at 100 Turner Avenue with a building which would have a
minimum lot width at front yard line of 32.17 feet rather than the
required 150 feet, on the East side yard 51 feet rather than the
required 75 feet and observe a North side yard of 73 feet rather than
the required 75 feet. The premises at 100 Turner Avenue are legally
described on attached Exhibit A.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, accord-
ing to law.
PASSED this 11th day of May 1976.

That part of Lot 3559 in Elk Grove Village Section 12, being a subdivision
in Sections 32 and 33, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, Described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of Lot 6 in Fourth Addition to Elk Grove Village Section 12,
Being a resubdivision in said Section 32; thence North on the Easterly
line of said Lot 6, 126.03 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot;
thence Easterly on the Northeac_:erly line of Lot 3559 aforesaid, 110.08
feet to the most Easterly Northeast corner of said Lot 3559; thence South
on the East line of said Lot 3559, 136.85 feet to the northeast corner
of Lot 12 in Eighth addition to Elk Grove Village Section 12, Being a
resubdivision in said Section 32; thence west on the North line of said
Lot 12, 125.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence North-
westerly on the Northerly line of Turner Avenue, 34.96 feet to the place
of beginning in Cook County, Illinois.
The above Legal Description is equivalent to Lot 16 in Eleventh Addition
to Elk Grove Village Section 12, being a resubdivision in Section 32,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois
