AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204 ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE BY PROVIDING STOP SIGNS ON OREGON TRAIL AT HOME AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section is That Section 14.204 One -Way and Two -Way Stop Intersections)
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Section 2: That the Chief of Police or any person designated by him or
by the President and Board of Trustees shall post or cause to be posted app-
ropriate stop signs according to the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00, nor more than $200.00
for each offense.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage,apgroval and publication, according to law.
