AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE FIVE OF CHAPTER 14
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE AS IT PERTAINS TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.511, Restrictions on Parking in the
Industrial Area in Elk Grove Village, be and the same and is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
6. Kent Avenue
7. Howard Street, west of Lively Boulevard,
Section 2: That Section 14.512, Additional No Parking Streets
in Areas of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
be and the same and is hereby amended by deleting Paragraph 36 therein
and substituting as the amended Paragraph 36 the following:
36. On the west side of Tonne Road between Landmier Road
and Devon Avenue, except for that portion between Laurel
Avenue and Elk Grove Boulevard.
Section 3: Any person violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Five ($5.00)
Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
