AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
FOR THE CONST2UCTION OF EIGHTY TOWNHOUSES ON
ROUNDTREE COMMONS, PLAN COMMISSION DOCKET 76-2
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has conducted a public hearing for the purpose of granting a
special use permit to construe: SO townhouses on property legally
described hereafter, and
WHEREAS, the said ??lan Commission has recommended the granting
of said special use permit and the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the
recommendation of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in
the best interests of the Village that said special use permit be
issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a special use permit to the
First Arlington National Bank, as Trustee, under Trust Agreement
known as Trust No. A638 and Roundtree Commons, an Illinois limited
partnership, to permit the construction of 80 townhouses on property
legally described as follows:
The South 20 acres of the East One -Half of the Southwest
One -Quarter and the West One -Quarter of the Southeast
One -Quarter (taken as a tract) of Section 25, Township
41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois (except the :nest 414 feet
thereof).
Subject to the following conditions:
1). That the developer provide illumination for
the private streets as required by the Subdivision Control
Ordinance.
2). That the developer fully adhere to the landscaping
plan submitted on April 20, 1976.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall he in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
PASSED thi.S 10th day of August 1976.
APPROVED this 10th day of August 1976.
