AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF PARAGRAPH
B, SECTION 3.54 01' THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO
MR. AND MRS. BRYANT EMORY TO PERMIT THE
CONSTURCTION OF AN DETACIIED GARAGE ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 926 HARTFORD LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE,
ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law
considered the question of granting'a variation of paragraph b, Section
3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached
garage facing Hartford Lane, 29 feet from the front lot line on property
legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the best interests
of the Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and Du Page Counties, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of paragraph B,
Section 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
to Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Emory to permit the construction of a detached
garage, facing Hartford Lane, 29 feet from the front lot line as opposed to
the required 60 feet from the front lot line, said garage to be located
within the required side yard, on property located at 926 Hartford Lane
and legally described as follows:
Lot 1796 in Elk Grove Village Section 6, being a subdivision
in the East half of Section 33, Township 41 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
