AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
PARAGRAPIi C OF SECTION 3.54 OF TIIE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELI< GROVE VILLAGE
TO PERMIT A FENCE WITHIN A 25 FOOT SETBACK
ON NERGE ROAD TO MR. AND MRS. ROBERT EIDEN,
1281 BRADLEY LANE. ELK GROVE VILLAGE. ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly
called and held according to law considered the question of granting a
variation of paragraph C, Section 3.,54 to permit the construction of a
fence within a 25 foot setback on Nerge Road on property legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the best interests
of the Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and Du Page Counties, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of paragraph c,
Section 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
to Mr. and Mr. Robert Eiden to permit a fence within a 25 foot setback
on Nerge Road on property located at 1281 Bradley Lane and legally
described as follows:
Lot 10 in Block 3 in Elk Grove Village Section 19, being
a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
