AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204 ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE BY PROVIDING A STOP SIGN ON CINDY LANE AT ARMSTRONG LANE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 14.204 One -Way and Two -Way Stop Intersections)
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Cindy Lane

LOCATION
Armstrong Lane
Section 2. That the Chief of Police or any person designated by him
or by the President and Board of Trustees shall post or cause to be posted
appropriate stop signs according to the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation violating any pro-
vision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00, nor more than
$200.00 for each offense.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
