AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.101 OF CHAPTER 6, FIRE
DEPARTMENT AND CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6.101, Establishment, of Article 1,
Chapter 6, Fire Department and Code, of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended by_
deleting three (3) captains and substituting therefor the following:
4. Captains
Three (3) active
One (1) inactive (fire chief)
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
