AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512, ADDITIONAL NO PARKING STREETS
AND AREAS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 14.512, Additional No -Parking Streets and
Areas be amended by adding thereto the following:
76. On the north side of Armstrong Lane for a distance of
891 feet east from Home Avenue adjacent to Adlai E.
Stevenson, Jr. School.
77. On the east sid✓of Home Avenue from Armstrong Lane "
north to Nerge Road.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00, nor more than $200.00
for each offense, and each day a violation continues to exist shall
constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
