AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XII, COMMUNITY SERVICES
AND MENTAL HEALTH BOARD, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, as follows:
Section 1: That Article, XII, Community Services and
Mental Health Board, Section 7.1201, paragraph 1 thereof, be
amended to read as follows:
7.1201. There is hereby established a Community
Services and Mental Health Board consisting of
thirteen (13) members, one of whom shall be a
Village Trustee, and each of whom shall be appointed
by the Village President with the consent of the
Board of Trustees, for a term of four (4) years from
the date of appointment. The persons first appointed
shall have a term ending April 30, 1969.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval, according to
law.
