AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE ANNEXED TO THE VILLAGE OF ELI: GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have pursuant to statute:; of the State of Illinois and the Ordinance of the Village o;' Elk Grove Village, heretofore conducted a public hearing to consider the zoning of certain real estate upon its annexation to the Village of Elk Grove Village; and WHEREAS, said real estate has heretofore been annexed to the Village; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined that it is appropriate and suitable that said real estate as annexed be zoned as hereafter provided: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village'of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage; Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That real estate hereafter described be and the same as hereby classified as B-3, subject to the terms and limitations and provisions of an Ordinance entitled Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance, passed and approved December 19, 1972, known as Ordinance No. 842: That part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Thi 1 Principal meridian (except the Easterly 50.0 feet thereof) described as follows: BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the north line of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 36 with the West line of the Easterly 50.0 feet of said West half of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 36; thence West along the north line of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 36, to a point 176.25 feet East of the West line of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 36; thence south parallel to the west line of said northwest 1/4 of said Section 36, 369.60 feet to the north line of -1- Ili ltc)ins Read; th1:_7:terIv '11 oil'! tilt' nort?lerly lI no of 1;i�1;inst of the {lest: lint, of .:. Villaae Clerk be and is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Village so that the zoning classification provided herein is reflected on said map. Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation violating any section of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5.00, nor more than; fnr , nch and every offense. 7j separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a Violation occurs or continues. Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
