AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PROHIBITING
PARKING ON KING STREET NORTH FROM STATE ROUTE 72
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
which prohibits parking in certain designated areas within the Village be
amended by adding a new paragraph 63 to read as follows:
63. On King Street north of the centerline of State Route 72
to a point 438 feet north of the centerline, on both
sides of King Street.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.

NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 26th day of March 1974.
