AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.311-(b)
NO RIGHT TURIIS ON RED TRAFFIC SIGNAL
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section l: That Section 14-311-(b) of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village shall be amended to -read as follows:
14.311(b). No Right Turn on Red Traffic Signal.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle
traveling in the direction and on the street indicated in
column A to turn right on a red traffic signal at the inter-
section of the streets located in column B.

Northbound on Arlington Heights Rd. at Biesterfield Rd./Kennedy Blvd.
Eastbound on Biesterfield Rd. at Arlington Heights Rd.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of
this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00, nor more than $200.00
for each offense.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
