AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A-2 ZONING FOR
A 17 ACRE SITE ADJACENT TO THE ELK GROVE
SHOPPING CENTER ELK GROVE VILLAGE ILL.
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village
sitting as a Zoning Commisslon did conduct Public Hearings according
to Law and has recoanmended rezoning the property legally described on
Exhibit A attached; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
believe it to be to the best interest of the Village that said
property be rezoned from B-1 Business to A-2.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village Cook and Du Page County
Illinois Ls follows:
Section 1: That the Property legally described on Exhibit A
attached be rezoned from B-1 Business to A-2.
Section 2.: That this Ordinance be in full force and effect
from and after its passage approval and publication according to Law.
Passed and Approved this 29th day of May 1973.

East 019.0 feet as measured along the North line of the South 80.0 feet of
the North 1250.0 feet, as measured along the East line; and except the East
810.0 feet; as weasured along said Forth ling, of the North 1170.0 feet, as
measured along said East line; and except that part of the North 931.83 feet,
as measured along the blest line, of said South West quarter of the Northeast:
quarter, lying kcst of the Vest of the aforementioned East 810.0 feet of said
quarter quarter section; and excepting also that part of the East 45.0 feet,
