AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "B" LIQUOR LICENSES
IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO TOTAL FOUR
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section l: That the first paragraph of Section 20.009 of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"20.009. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the Village of
of Elk Grove Village no more than eight (8) Class "A" liquor licenses;
no more than four (4) Class "B" liquor licenses; no more than five (5)
Class "C" licenses and no more than two (2) Class "D" licenses.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
