AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CNAPTER VI
(FIRE DEPARTMENT CODE) OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GLOVE VILLAGE
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Article 1 of Chapter VI (Fire Department
Code) of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
be amended by adding thereto a new section, Section 6.101-a,
which new section shall read as follows:
Section 6.101-a.) That the rank of fire engineer
created pursuant to Section 6.101 hereof be abolished,
with such abolishment to be effective April 30, 1972.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
