WHE'REAS,, the Plan Cormni-ssion of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, sitting as a Zoning Com.miE:Si-on at a public meeting duly
called and held according to law, considered the question of
reclassifying the real estate hereinafter_ described from M-2 to
B-1.; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Ell-, Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, having considered
the recommendation of said Zoning Conunissio.n, and and believe that
the highest and best use of said real estate is that of B -l.
NOW, ml.-jEFnRE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, as follows:
Section 1_: That an ordinance entitled, "An ordinance to
Regulate and Limit the Height and Bulk of Buildings; to Regulate
and Limit the Intensity of the Use of Lot Areas, and to Regulate
and Determine the Areas of Open Space within and surrounding such
Buildings; to Classify, Regulate and Restrict the Location of
Trades and Industries and the location of Buildings Designed
for Specified Industrial Business, Residential. and Other Uses;
to Divide the Entire Village of E lk Grove Village into Districts
for the Purpose of this Ordinance; to Fix Standards to Which
Buildings or Structures shall Conform; to Prohibit Uses, Buildings
or Structures Incompatible with the Character of Such Districts,
Respectively; arra to Prevent Additions to and Alterations or Re-
modeling 'of,E>;isting Buildings or Structures in such a way pis to
Avoid the Re.;trictions and Limi.tatiens Lawfnl.ly imposed horeunder,

EXHIBIT A
That part of the North half o[ Section 34, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as
follows: beginning at the southeast cornea: of Lot 268 in
Centex Industrial Park Unit 150 being a subdivision in the
North half of said Section 34; thence North on the East line
of said Lot, 231.35 Feet to the northeast corner of said lot;
thence East on the SouQ line of Lot ]26 in Centex Industrial
Pari: Unit 92, being a sUDdivision in. said Section 34, 437.34
feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 126; thence South on
the West line of State Route 83, 254.95 feet to its inter-
section with the North line of Greenleaf Avenue as dedicated;
thence West on the Horth line of Greenleaf Avenue 436.39 feet;
to its intersection with tie East line of Lot 268 aforesaid
extended south; thence North on said extended East line of
Lot 268, 18.18 feet to theplace of beginning (except that part
taken for widening of Greenleaf Avenue) in Cook County, Illinois.
