AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, PROHIBITING
PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF TONNE RD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, which prohibits parking in certain
designated areas within the Village, be amended by adding an additional
paragraph thereto to read as follows.
36. On the west side of Tonne Rd., between
Landmeier Rd. and Devon Avenue, except
for that portion between the southwest
corner of Laurel Avenue and Tonne Rd.,
and a point 972 feet south thereof.
Such restrictions to apply only between
the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.,
Monday through Friday.
Section 2: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, and particularly paragraph 39
thereof, be amended to read as follows:
39• Along Landmeier Road, along Higgins Road, along
Elmhurst Road, along Devon Avenue, Along Rohlwing
Road, along Nerge Road, and along Meacham Road,
in the Village of Elk Grovp Village.
Section 3: That Section 14.512, Item 42, be amended to
read as follows:
42. Along the east side of Tonne Road between Landmeier
Road and Devon Avenue.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
