AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "A"
LIQUOR LICENSES IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE TO TOTAL EIGHT
NOW, 9HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1; That the first paragraph of Section 20.009
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and
hereby is amended to read as follows:
"20.009 Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of Elk Grove Village no more than eight (8) Class "A"
liquor licenses; no more than three (3) Class "B" liquor
licenses; and no more than five (5) Class "C" licenses."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
cffcc:L fiu.❑ and after its pasarag. approval and publication,
according to law.
