AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PARCEL D OF THE
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has conducted public hearings pursuant to notice to consider
the proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 535 insofar as it relates
to Parcel D, described in the attached Exhibit A, attached
to said ordinance, which provides that said parcel be developed in
a manner other than is provided in Ordinance $535.
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has submitted its
recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees of the V1111a.ge
of Elk Grove Village,
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as fol -laws:
Section 1: That incorporated into this ordinance and.
made a part hereof by reference is the Exhibit, designated as
Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2: That the portion of Ordinance No. 535,
insofar as it relates to Parcel D, the legal description of whin
is set forth on Exhibit- A attached hereto, be amended so that only
those uses ennumerate-d and set forth on said Exhibit A shall be
permitted in the property legally described therein.
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who
resists the enforcement of any provisioiz of this ordinance shall. be
fined not less than $5.00, nor more than $500 for each offense, and

each day that a violation is permitted to exist or continue
shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
