EOW, THEREFORE, FETE IT ORDAITMD by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section l: That Chanter 15 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village
be amended by amending Section 15.009 to read as follows:
"15.009. Any person, firm or corporation violating the requirements of
this chapter shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $200.00
for failure to pay the license fee established for a motor bicycle or
scooter, a motorcycle or a passenger car; any person, firm or corpora-
tion violating the requirements of this Chapter shall be fined not less
than x;20.00 nor more than $2100.00 for failure to pay the license fee
established for trucks; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed
for each day during which a violation occurs or. continues."
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
