AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.204 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section l: That Section 11.204 amended and particularly paragraph B,
sub -paragraph 4 thereof of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be amended to read as follows:
"4. The minimum width of a driveway shall be twenty (20)feet at
the property line with an apron constructed as above which
would make it thirty (30) feet at the curb line respectively."
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
PASSED this 2nd day of June,1970.
