AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MEMBERSHIP OF
TIIE COMMUNITY SERVICES AND MENTAL
HEALTH BOARD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by tine President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage
Counties, Illinois:
Section 1: That Section 7.1201 of the Municipal Code
of Elk Grove Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
"7.1201 There is hereby established a Comm-
unity Services and Mental Health Board consisting
of fifteen (15) members, two of whom shall be
Village Trustees and each of whom shall be appoint-
ed by the Village President with the consent of the
Board of Trustees, for a term of four (4) years from
the date of appointment. The persons first appoint-
ed shall have a term ending April 30, 1969."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
