FEET SOUTH OF BIiSTERFIF,LD ROAD. WHEREA3, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village did conduct a public hearing to determine whether or not a special use permit should be granted for the property hereinafter described, and did so recoffnend; and WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the Village that a special use permit permitting sane be issued, subject to the conditions and provisions of Ordinance No. 607. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DiPage, Illinois: Section 1. That the zoning ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village heretofore passed and approved, be amended so as to permit the issuance of a special use permit for nursing home on the premises hereinafter described, subject to all conditions and restrictions con- tained in Ordinance No. 607, heretofore passed and adopted, and to the additional condition that a street twenty-eight (28') feet in width (or measured back to back) be installed as an extension of r,sner Road from Biesterfield Road to Bristol Lane. The South 325.00 feet of Lot 4.676 in Elk Grove V-111age Section 15 being a subdivision of Section 32, Towlship 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2. That all administrative officials of the Village of Elk Grove Village are authorized and directed to issue all necessary permits so as to accomplish the proposed ordinance. Section 3. Any person who violates, disobeys, neglects, or refuses to comply with this ordinance shall be fined not more than One Hundred (*100.00) Dollars nor less than Five (445.00) Dollars for each offense and every day a violation is permitted to exist shall be a separate offense. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. PASSED this 1st day of April , 1969.
