AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE'S ZONING ORDINANCE BY AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL
USE PERMIT PERMITTING CERTAIN BARNS TO BE USED FOR
THE STORAGE OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES, FURNITURE AND
EQUIPMENT AT 782 TONNE ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public ;meeting
duly called and held according to law (Appeal No. % w.: ),
considered the question of granting a special use permit so
that certain barns could be used by School District No. 59 for
the storage of school furniture and equipment; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
having considered the recommendation of said Plan Commission,
believe that a special use permit should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees, of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Elk Grove Village passed and approved duly 8, 1957, known as
Ordinance No. 20, as amended, be amended further so as to permit
a special use permit for the storage of school furniture, equip-
ment and supplies on premises located at 782 Tonne Road, Elk
Grove Village, which premises consists of one main barn and two
smaller barns (all storage to be inside). Said special use permit
to have no further force and effect two -years from the date of the
passage of this ordinance.
Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who violates,
disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists
the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall
be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each
offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall
constitute a separate offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
