AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS ON THE
COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES, VILLAGE OF bLK GROVE VILLAGE, COUNTY OF
COOK AND DU PAGE:
SECTION 1: That Paragraph 1 of Section 7.1201 of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is
hereby amended to read as follows:
117.1201 There is hereby established a Community
Services and Mental Health Board consisting of eleven
(11) members, two of whom shall be Village Trustees
and each of whom shall be appointed by the Village
President with the consent of the Board of Trustees,
for a term of four (4) years iromthe date of appoint-
ment. The persons first appointed shall have a term
ending April 30, 1ti69.11
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage according to law.
