ORDINANCE NO. 472
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE, WHICH PROPERTY CONSISTS OF 19.829 ACRES LOCATED ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD 986.0 FEET EAST OF
BISNER ROAD
WHEREAS, written petitions have been filed with the Village
Clerk of the Village of Elk Grove Village by:
The sole owners of record: Vale Development Company, An Illinois
Corporation, and the Chicago Title & Trust Co., Trust #46221;
of the hereinafter described land and territory, for
annexation to the Village of Elk Grove Village, and
WHEREAS, said land and territory is not within the corporate
limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the Village
of Elk Grove Village; has no electors residing thereon-

WHEREAS, said petitions are under oath and in all respects
comply with the requirements of the Statutes in such cases
made and provided; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
have examined said petitions and believe it to be to the
best interest of said Village that said land and territory
be annexed thereto:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and. Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That all land and territory described in said
petition to wit:
That part of the northwest nuarter of the southwest
quarter and the southwest nuarter of the northwest
nuarter taken as a tract, of Section 32, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
lying east of the west 50k acres thereof (excepting
therefrom the east 170.71 feet as measured along the
north line of the south 255.33 feet of the North 315.37
feet as measured along the east line thereof) in Cook
County, Illinois.
which territory is contiguous to the Village of Elk Grove
Village, is not within the limits of any municipality,
contains no electors
and is not presently in any incorporated municipality, be
and the same is hereby annexed to the Village of Elk Grove
Village, so that hereafter said territory shall be included
within the boundary lines and limits of said Village, as is
by law in such case made and provided.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk cf the Village of Elk
Grove Village is hereby directed to record a certified copy
of this ordinance together with an accurate plat of said
territory with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
