AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SECOND PARAGRAPH
OF SECTION 22.1121 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE RELATING TO TAXIS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1. That the second paragraph of Section 22.1121
of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village be amended to read
as follows:
"It shall be unlawful and the Village will not permit saw
public passenger vehicle not licensed hereto as a taxicab business
within the Village of Elk Grove Village to accept for -�ransporta-
tion any passenger within the Village except when such transporta-
tion has been arranged for in advance by telephone or bp written
order."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect, from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
