AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ELK GROVE VILLAGE
SWIMMING POOL ORDINANCE AS TO FENCE REQUIREMENTS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1. That the last sentence of the first paragraph
of Sec oii n '=. 10 relating to the materials of which fences
are constructed be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Fences shall be constructed of materials designed
to prevent access to the yard and pool by children
other than members of the household."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
