AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.206 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE REIATIVE TO OPEN BUFFING OF
MATERIALS FROM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois.
Section 1. That Section 16.206 of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
"Where new construction of buildings is taking
place, open burning of refuse derivable therefrom
shall be permitted at a time and in a manner
approved by the Fire Chief or his authorized
representative."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
