AN ORDINANC? AMENDING $NCTION 2.209 AS TO STANDING
COMMITTEE$} .�..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 2.209 of the Municipal Code of
Elk Grove111V�ags be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2.209. Committees) The following shall be the
standing committee of the Board of Trustees:
Judiciary, Planning and Zoning.
Special committees shall be created from time to
time as directed by the Board of Trustees.
All standing and special committees, shall consist
of three members each, including the chairman;
unless the Board shall otherwise direct. All
Committees shall be appointed by the President."
Section 2. This ordinance sh&11 be in full force and
effect roam and after its passagd and approval according to
law.
