AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF
BEER, ALE AND MALT LIQUORS, CREATION OF A
SEPARATE CLASS OF LICENSES FOR SAME.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 20.008 of the Municipal Code be
amended by adding thereto the following:
"Class "D" which shall authorize the sale of beer, ale and
other malt based alcoholic liquors only, for consumption on
the premises specified ...... $750.00."
Section 2. That Section 20.009 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village is hereby amended by adding thereto:
"There shall be issued in the Village no more than two (2)
Class "D" licenses."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and, after its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
