AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TWELVE FULL TIME
FIREMEN, AMENDING SECTION 6.101 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK.GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 6.101 of the Municipal Code
of Elk Grove-Mlage be and is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"6.101 Establishment.) There is hereby created
and established a Department of the Municipal Govern-
ment of the Village of Elk Grove Village which shall
be known as the Fire Department. Said Department
shall consist of:
A Fire Chief
Three (3) Lieutenants
Twelve (12) full-time Firemen."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effectrirom � after its passage and approval according to
