ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE RELATING TO MEMBERSHIP
ON THE BOARD OF HEALTH.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 7.101 of the Municipal Code
of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"7.101 Creation - appointment.) There is
hereby created the Board of Health of the
Village. The Board of Health shall consist
of five members who shall be appointed by
the President by and with the advice and
consent of the Board of Trustees. One
of said members shall be appointed
President of the Board of Health."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
