AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XVI SECTION 6
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE RELATING TO POWERS OF THE
BOARD OF APPEALS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village and particularly Article XVI Section 6 there-
of be amended by adding thereto the following:
"(f) The Board of Appeals shall have the
power to grant all variations of this ordinance
which by law may be permitted provided, however,
that same is done in accordance with State Statutes
and does not abridge the jurisdiction heretofore
granted by this ordinance to the Plan Commission of
Elk Grove Village."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
