Now, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1. That this ordinance shall be termed and designated as the "Annual Appropriation Bill" for the period beginning May 1, 1966 and ending April 30, 1967. Section 2. All unexpended balances of any item or items of any general appropriation made in this ordinance be expended in making up any insufficiency in any item or items in the same general appropriation fund for the same general purpose. 3. All unexpendeibalances from the annual appropriation of previous years are hereby reappropriated. Section 3.
