AN ORDINANCE DELETING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
SECTION 13.108 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the second paragraph of Section 13.108
of thegun"ic aT Code of Elk Grove Village reading as follows:
"Where the work contemplated includes the making of
any excavation for any structure or foundation, the

structure contemplated shall be completed within one
year from the date of commencement of the work or the
exCavation rffilled and the surface restored to its
original condition."
be and is hereby repealed and shall. be of no further force and
effect.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effectrow m end fter its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
