AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 24,015 WHICH
PROHIBITS FIRES TOO CLOSE TO BUILDINGS OR
STRUCTURES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 24.015 of the Municipal. Code of
the Vi age o lk Grove Village be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from anus passage and approval according to law.
