AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE PLAN COQ4IISSION AS AN "AIRPORT ZONING CaJMISSICN"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page:
Section 1, That the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village
is hereby designated as an "Airport Zoning Commission " for
the purpose of preparing a recommendation on the proposed
adoption of "The Zoning Regulations for Chicago—O'Hare
International Airport" as adopted by the Department of
Aeronautics, State of Illinois, December 16, 1964,
Section 2. Said Airport Zoning Commission shall conduct any necessary
public hearings on said regulations and shall report to
the President and Board of Trustees their findings relative
thereto.
Section 3. Upon action by the President and Board of Trustees, based
on recommendations of said Airport Zoning Commission, said
Commission shall cease to exist.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
