AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE MEETING DATE OF THE
ZONING.BOAHD OF APPEALS FROM THE THIRD TUESDAY
TO THE THIRD THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove_Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 7.306 of the Municipal Code
of Elkroves e —'iiiage providing for the meetings of the
Zoning Board of Appeals be amended to read as follows:
"7.306 Meetings.) The Zoning Board of Appeals shall
conduct its regular meetings on the third (3rd)
Thursday of each month. However, a petitioner may
request a special meeting to hear his particular case,
in which case there shall be an additional fee of

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effec rom and.after its passage and approval according
to law.
